Through the Car Consignment service we take on the responsibility to present, promote and market the car on your behalf, in exchange for a mutually agreed commission. The commission is represented by a percentage or fixed amount and is only paid when and if the car is sold through us.

What are the steps involved in the Car Consignment process?

Free initial vehicle assessment
It all starts with filling out the online form or visiting the showroom directly, where we analyze the technical and aesthetic condition, mileage, service history, marketability and commercial demand for the model. The technical evaluation takes into account the following aspects: the car's equipment level and optional extras, country of origin, number of previous owners, damage history, compliance with the manufacturer's maintenance schedule (including major services), year of manufacture and mileage, engine type, technical/mechanical inspection of key components (such as paint thickness, oil leak detection, engine performance, steering and braking systems, suspension condition), vehicle documentation and many other factors that contribute to the overall assessment.
Signing the Car Consignment contract
The consignment contract sets the minimum price, the fixed fee and the duration of the consignment, agreed with the owner.
Professional cleaning and detailing
The vehicle will undergo a complete professional cleaning and detailing process, with the aim of restoring the car to as close as possible to its original appearance, providing a high level of presentation and comfort for the future owner. The cost of this service is included in the commission and the full preparation typically takes one day.
No minor repairs are carried out as part of this process, as the vehicle must be presented in a technically and aesthetically optimal condition that meets the required standards. In situations where issues are identified that could visibly improve the presentation - such as rims in need of repainting, a common case - we can recommend specialized services or partners. These interventions are optional and are carried out at the client's cost and timeline.
Promoting your car
It is done on multiple channels, such as OLX, Autovit.ro, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Mobile.de and our website, to ensure the widest and most relevant exposure. Through this multi-platform distribution, we increase the visibility of the vehicle, attract diverse segments of potential buyers and maximize the chances of a fast and advantageous transaction. Professional photography and presentation videos are included and withdrawing the car before the sale automatically deactivates all ads and promotions.
