1. OPERATOR INFORMATION

2. PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE AND ABSENCE OF CONTRACTUAL OFFER
2.1. The website serves strictly for the promotion and presentation of the vehicle inventory and services offered by United Drive.
2.2. Please note: The information displayed on the website (prices, facilities, mileage, availability) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer to contract within the meaning of Art. 1189 of the Civil Code.
2.3. The images of vehicles are for presentation purposes only. Although we constantly strive for accuracy, there may be editorial errors or stock changes that have not yet been operated on the website.The sales contract is deemed concluded exclusively upon the signing of the physical documents at our headquarters.
3. SPECIFIC SERVICES
3.1. Vehicle Inventory and Prices: Prices may be displayed including VAT (deductible) or under the margin scheme. The exact verification of the tax regime is conducted together with a United Drive consultant.
3.2. Import Auto: This service involves a consultancy mandate. Specific delivery conditions, timelines and logistics costs will be governed by a separate service agreement.
3.3. Buy-Back, Trade-In and Consignment: Evaluating your car online or by phone is purely estimative. The final purchase or consignment price will be established only after a physical technical and aesthetic inspection performed at the United Drive showroom.
3.4. Financing (Leasing/Credit): United Drive facilitates access to financing solutions through banking partners or IFNs (Non-Banking Financial Institutions). The decision to approve the application belongs exclusively to the financial institution; United Drive holds no liability in the event a financing request is rejected.
3.5. Warranty: Vehicles benefit from a warranty according to the manufacturer's policies or a specific warranty offered by United Drive, as detailed in the warranty certificate accompanying the purchase invoice.
4. USE OF CONTACT FORMS
4.1 By filling in the contact forms, the user declares that the data provided is accurate.
4.2 Submitting a request does not guarantee the reservation of the vehicle. Reservations are confirmed only after the payment of a deposit based on a proforma invoice issued by United Drive.
5. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
United Drive collects personal data (name, phone, email) solely to respond to commercial requests from users. For full details, please consult Privacy Policy.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The entire content of the website (professional vehicle photography, logos, text, design) is the property of ONE CARS COLLECTION SRL. It is forbidden to use photos or descriptions for commercial purposes by other car dealerships or platforms without our prior written consent.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
United Drive is not liable for any loss resulting from the use of information on this site or for any technical errors that may appear in the display of prices or inventory. In the event of discrepancies, the price and features specified in the invoice/contract signed at our headquarters shall prevail.
