Through our Car Consignment service, we take on the responsibility of presenting, promoting, and selling your car on your behalf, in exchange for a mutually agreed-upon commission. This program is dedicated to premium cars manufactured from 2020 onwards, with under 100,000 km mileage.

United Drive's Car Consignment service offers you the possibility to sell your car through us, benefiting from expertise and our client network. Basically, we take care of the listing, promotion, negotiation and sale, while you retain ownership until the transaction is finalized, giving you certainty and transparency total.
Consignment is most advantageous when you're in no hurry to purchase another vehicle and allow yourself a more flexible sales window. It's also ideal for those who want to be relieved of the stress of managing their own transaction and who understand that professional presentation - from technical inspection and detailing to multi-channel promotion - can be a decisive factor in increasing the attractiveness and value of the car in the marketplace.

What are the steps involved in the Car Consignment process?
The United Drive Consignment process includes five essential steps:
Free initial vehicle assessment
Everything starts with the online form or a visit to the showroom. During the evaluation, we analyze:
- technical and aesthetic condition, mileage, and service history;
- equipment level and optional features;
- origin, number of owners, and claims history;
- Adherence to the maintenance plan (inspections), year of manufacture, and mileage;
- mechanical inspection: paint layer, engine, steering, braking, suspension;
- The car papers and marketability.
Signing the Car Consignment contract
The consignment contract sets the minimum price, the fixed fee and the duration of the consignment, agreed with the owner.
Professional cleaning and detailing
The vehicle will undergo a complete professional cleaning and detailing process, with the aim of restoring the car to as close as possible to its original appearance, providing a high level of presentation and comfort for the future owner. The cost of this service is included in the commission and the full preparation typically takes one day.
No minor repairs are carried out as part of this process, as the vehicle must be presented in a technically and aesthetically optimal condition that meets the required standards. In situations where issues are identified that could visibly improve the presentation - such as rims in need of repainting, a common case - we can recommend specialized services or partners. These interventions are optional and are carried out at the client's cost and timeline.
Promoting your car
It is carried out on multiple channels, such as OLX, Autovit.ro, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Mobile.de, and our website, to ensure the widest and most relevant exposure. Through this multi-platform distribution, we increase the vehicle's visibility, attract diverse segments of potential buyers, and maximize the chances of a transactions fast and advantageous. Professional photography and presentation videos are included, and withdrawing the car before the sale automatically deactivates all ads and promotions.
Complete negotiation and transaction management
We fully handle all stages of the sales process, from negotiation, preparation of documents and verification of paperwork to finalizing the transfer of ownership and issuing payment. We ensure transparent communication, compliance with all legal procedures and a hassle-free experience so that the transaction is secure and professionally managed.
How do you know if your car is eligible for the Car Consignment program?
For the Consignment program, we accept vehicles manufactured from 2020 onwards, with a maximum mileage of 100,000 km, in excellent technical condition, without major or significant damage, and with a market value of at least EUR 25,000, from the premium and luxury segments. We prioritize cars with a complete service history, up-to-date maintenance plan, and no negative history or unknown background.
