2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1. By accessing and using the website www.uniteddrive.ro, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
2.2. Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By submitting a form, you declare that you are at least 18 years old.
2.3. We may update these terms periodically. The current version is the one published on this page, with the last updated date displayed above.
3. PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE AND ABSENCE OF A CONTRACTUAL OFFER
3.1. The website has a strictly [role] function promotion and presentation of the vehicle inventory and services offered by United Drive.
3.2. Please note: The information displayed on the website (prices, facilities, mileage, availability) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer to contract within the meaning of Art. 1189 of the Civil Code.
3.3. Vehicle images are for illustrative purposes only. While we make constant efforts to ensure data accuracy, typing errors or stock changes that have not yet been updated on the website may occur. The sales.
3.4. No online payments are made through the website, and no distance contracts are concluded.
4. UNITED DRIVE SERVICES
4.1. Vehicle stock and prices: Prices may be displayed with VAT included (deductible) or under the margin scheme. The exact tax regime for each vehicle can be verified with a United Drive consultant before purchase.
4.2. Car Ordering and Import (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands): This service involves a consultancy mandate to identify and import a vehicle according to the client's requirements. Specific delivery conditions, deadlines, and logistical costs will be established through a separate service agreement, signed before the commencement of proceedings.
4.3. Buy-Back, Trade-In, and Consignment: Evaluating your car online or by phone is purely indicative. The final purchase or consignment price is only established after the technical and aesthetic inspection carried out physically at the United Drive showroom. Consignment is done based on a consignment contract signed at the premises.
4.4. Automotive Consulting: We offer consulting services for vehicle selection, verification, and purchase. The scope of services and potential costs will be agreed upon in writing on a case-by-case basis.
4.5. Detailing and PPF: Detailing services, polishing, protective film (PPF), and other aesthetic work are performed by appointment only. The quote provided after filling out the website form is an estimate; the final price will be confirmed after a physical assessment of the vehicle and will be recorded in the work order or contract.
4.6. Financing (financial lease, operating lease, car loan): United Drive facilitates access to financing solutions through banking or non-banking financial institution partners. United Drive is not a credit institution and does not grant financing in its own name. The decision to approve the application belongs exclusively to the financial institution, with United Drive having no responsibility in case of rejection of the financing request.
4.7. Warranty: Vehicles are covered by warranty according to the manufacturer's policies or by the specific warranty offered by United Drive, as detailed in the warranty certificate accompanying the purchase invoice. The complete terms and conditions are presented on the Warranty page and in the documents signed at the time of purchase.
4.8. Test drive: Vehicle testing is done by appointment, with a valid driver's license, under the conditions communicated at the office.
5. USING THE SITE FORMS
5.1. By filling out the forms on the site, the user declares that the data provided is correct and belongs to them.
5.2. Submitting a request does not guarantee vehicle reservation. The reservation is confirmed only after payment of a deposit, based on a pro forma invoice issued by United Drive.
The forms are protected against abuse by the Google reCAPTCHA service. We reserve the right not to process abusive, incomplete, or false data requests.
5.4. The way we process data submitted through forms is described in Privacy Policy.
6. REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
6.1. The reviews displayed on the site are from real customers (including those taken from public sources, such as Google reviews). We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical errors without altering the meaning of the review.
6.2. The Hall of Fame section presents representative vehicles traded through United Drive, without identifying customers.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1. The entire content of the site (professional photos of cars in stock, logos, brands, texts, design, graphic elements) is the property ONE Cars Collection SRL or it is used with the consent of the holders.
7.2. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, or distribute photos, descriptions, or any content for commercial purposes by other car dealerships, advertising platforms, or third parties without our written consent. Automated content copying (scraping) is also prohibited.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. United Drive is not responsible for damages resulting from the use of information on this site or for any technical errors in the display of prices or stock. In case of discrepancies, the price and features on the invoice or contract signed at the premises shall prevail.
8.2. We guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the site. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or technical reasons.
8.3. The site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., social networks or partners). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
United Drive processes personal data (e.g., name, phone, email) to respond to requests submitted through the website and for other purposes described in Privacy Policy. Cookie and similar technology information can be found in Cookie Policy.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1. These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be settled amicably or, in the absence of an agreement, by the competent courts in Bucharest/Ilfov.
